Barbara Ann Lemmons, born on July 31, 1961, in Clarkson, KY, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2024.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Lucas (Nancy) and Christine (Ronald Wash), as well as her daughter-in-law, Charlie Louise Hengst.

She is survived by her sister, Brenda Campbell (Terry), and her brother, Thomas Lucas, as well as her children: Amber Bailey (Tony), Jenny Rowbotham (Jason), Joey Zaharris (Brianna), Derek Hengst, and son-in-law, Robert Lampton.

Barbara was blessed with 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She loved to travel and often shared stories of her many adventures, especially her time living in Mexico and the friends and family she cherished along the way.

Barbara never met a stranger and was always willing to help those in need.

In keeping with her giving spirit, Barbara gave the gift of life through organ donation.

Respecting her wishes, there will be no funeral services. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date to honor the incredible person she was and the love she brought to so many.

Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.
