Donald Paul Cunningham

4/02/1951 - 12/28/2024

Donald "Donnie" Cunningham, 73, passed away at Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center on December 28, 2024, he is no longer in pain. 

Being the first born of six children he will be fondly remembered as a big brother who always watched over his brothers and sisters. He was a believer in Jesus Christ and believed that He was a real person who lived, died, and rose again for him. Soon after high school Donnie was married and found himself trying his hand at farming. He would eventually move into driving as an independent truck driver most of his adult life. He liked sports and followed UK and UofL.

He fought so hard but couldn't beat the illness that took him from us. 

He is preceded in death by a son; his mother and father; one brother; and several nieces and nephews. 

Donnie is survived by a daughter, three grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; one brother; and three sisters. 

Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, IN, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
