Linda Joan Taylor-Roberts

Linda Joan Taylor-Roberts, of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, February 6th 2025. She was born to the late Arthur John Taylor and Martha Ella Taylor in Harrodsburg, KY on January 11, 1948. Linda aka Grandma Linda or ‘MAGA’ would say her greatest accomplishments were being a mother and a grandmother. Being called Grandma or MAGA brought her so much joy. She was a friend and companion to many.

Linda worked for Lowe’s for 10 years in Customer Service where she never met a stranger. She was preceded in death by her Mother and Father; Arthur John and Martha Ella Taylor, Sister; Shirley Rexrode, Brothers; Charles and Tony, and Granddaughter; Penelope Lindsey. Left to celebrate the memory of Linda are her Son and Daughter; Brian Roberts (Aubrey) and Tammy Griffith. Her 8 Grandchildren; Blake Roberts (Alexa), Brittany Griffith, Brandon Griffith, Madelyn Roberts, Ella Roberts, Charlotte Roberts, William Roberts, and Wyatt Roberts. Her 6 Great Grandchildren; Kaiden Watkins, Akoa Lindsey, Royce Roberts, Reya Roberts, Hudson Griffith, and Thomas Griffith. Her siblings; Ernestine Coats and John Taylor, extended family and many friends. And last but not least, her beloved puppy, Daisy.

Linda’s ashes are set to be buried at Mater Dolorosa Cemetery in Owensboro, Ky on April 11th 2025 at Noon Central Time. Celebration of life to follow, with location to be shared at a later date.
