Mark Steven Chaffin

Mark Steven Chaffin, 68, passed away on February 18, 2025. He was born on January 2, 1957, to William (Bill) and Glenda Chaffin.

Mark was a proud 1975 graduate of Central High School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society in his Junior and Senior years. After graduating, he became a lifeguard and later attended the University of Southern Indiana, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Mark’s greatest joy in life came from his family. He is survived by his daughters, Jaime (Tom) Osborne; Katie (Adam) Leonard; as well as his beloved grandchildren: Hannah, Caylee, Parker, and Matthew Osborne.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Glenda Chaffin; and several other dear family members.

Mark’s kindness, intelligence, and dedication to his family will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
