Carolyn Rae Johnson, 74, died peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, February 17, 2020 in Louisville, Ky.
She was preceded by her parents Roy Grider Sr, and Anna Ruth Grider, her sister Linda Chapman, and her daughter Carolyn Goodman.
She leaves behind her two sons Richard (Shannon) and Charles Johnson (Trish), her seven grandchildren Chelsea, Mason, Chase, Desirae, Cameron, Stephanie and Christopher, her siblings Patricia, Janie, Roy Jr., Leo, George, Jim and Frank.
Private memorial service will be held with family.
