Billy waa very special to a lot of people but me especially i never had a father foreal and billy was my moms best friend he helped me with homework my attitude when i was sad and waa just there for me alot. He was an amazing person and i dont think i could say that enough. Billy was funny always smiling he was my family. It hurts to know he isn’t here anymore and i cant call him. He was huge part of mine and my moms life. It still doesn’t seem real. Billy we will miss you so much. You are so special to me.. I love you so much.  Thank you for always being there.
