Tammy Fitzpatrick

Tammy Fitzpatrick, 57, of Summersville, KY, passed away on November 21, 2020. 

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Francis, as well as a granddaughter, Paisley. 

She leaves behind a husband, Bob. Three children: Robbie (Amanda) Fitzpatrick, Sarah Fitzpatrick and Kelly (Craig) Dunn. 5 grandchildren: Lillie, Heidi, Kaelyn, Kyrie and Owen. Also two brothers Jerry (Toni) Cricks and Bart (Sarah) Cricks. 

Due to Covid restrictions and her wishes, we will only be having a Celebration of Life in her hometown of Grafton, OH.
