He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Ray Mullins (Tom); father, Steve Murphy; brother, Dallas Murphy; and his grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Diane Murphy; two daughters, Sierra Mullins and Stephanie Mullins; two sons, Thomas (Steven) Mullins and Austin Mullins; four granddaughters; three grandsons; step sisters, Trish Murphy Bauder and Tammy Murphy Wilson; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends that called him family.

TJ was one of a kind. He loved working on the road, listening to music, fishing, working on cars and we can't forget his love for a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Anyone who knew TJ knew regardless of what he had going on in life he could light up the room for others around him.
