Melissa Farfsing

Melissa (Missy) Farfsing, 47 of Crestwood, KY passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022. She was born on October 27, 1974 to Albert Wilson and Judy (Hall) Hollkamp. Missy attended Holy Rosary Academy and graduated with an English degree from the University of Louisville. Missy loved live music and the beach, even better when both came together. She was a loyal friend and was dedicated to her job at Norton Healthcare as Director of Provider Development. What drove Missy the most were her causes; most notably her tireless work with Bike to Beat Cancer.
Missy loved her family dearly and leaves behind her husband, Paul Farfsing; daughters Cara and Ramsey Farfsing; father and stepmother Albert and Sue Wilson; mother and stepfather Judy and Bruce Hollkamp; sister and brother-in-law Dawn and Mike Robbins and nieces Mia and Callie Robbins; sister and brother-in-law Tracy and Jason Jump and nephew and niece Sam and Emie Dunagan.
Cremation has been chosen and Magnolia Cremations of New Albany, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.
A celebration of Missy’s life will be held at Mellwood Arts Center Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 2-8pm
Expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, can be made to Team Missy benefiting Bike to Beat Cancer.
