Alexander J Teper

Alex Joseph Teper, 80, was born on December 9, 1941 and passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 in Louisville, Ky. He was born and raised in Detroit, MI. and retired from General Motors after 30 years as Manager of Supplier Quality Control.  

Alex moved to Bardstown, Ky. for 20 years after his retirement from GM with his wife Lillie Teper, they owned and operated 4th Street Showcase Gallery furniture store downtown Bardstown.

Alex loved to entertain and spend time with his family and friends at his home where everyone enjoyed his lovely home and pool.  He was always so generous, loving, warm and welcoming and will certainly be missed but never forgotten.   

Alex’s loss is grieved by his wife Lillie, his three daughters, four step-daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  

Cremation has been chosen and Magnolia Cremations has been entrsuted with the arrangements. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date with his family and friends in Kentucky.
