Wilma Jean Montgomery

Wilma Jean Haycox Montgomery, 70, of New Washington, Indiana, passed away on April 5, 2022 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She was born on June 26, 1951 to Vincent and Ida Haycox. Wilma attended the New Washington School. She was a devoted mother and enjoyed reading & arts and crafts in her free time. 

Wilma is preceeded in death by her parents and brother; Jerry Haycox.

She is survived by her children; Tammy Ooton, Jerry Montgomery Jr., and Melodie Montgomery, two sisters; Judith Mitsch and Janet Haycox and six grandchildren.

Cremation has been chosen and Magnolia Cremations of New Albany, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements. A graveside ceremony will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery in New Washington, Indiana, at a later date.
