Brenda Carol Campbell

Brenda Carol Campbell, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away peacefully at her home on May 21, 2024. 

Brenda was a proud graduate of Southern High School's Class of 1970. She was known for her radiant smile and the kind words she always had to share. 

Brenda's passions were as vibrant as her spirit. She found immense joy in singing, playing with her beloved Lily Bear that brought her endless happiness, and she could often be found enjoying a game of slots or bingo. 

Her steadfast faith in God was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her with grace and strength. Brenda's presence was a blessing to all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed by friends and family alike.

Brenda is survived by her children, Jason (Sarah) Curry and Laura (Joey) Campbell; grandchildren, Joshua, Daniel, Chase, and Allison; siblings, Wanda Greenwell and Mark Curry; and several nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Gorman Lewis Curry and Alice Jane Curry; sister, Gorma O'Conner; and nephew, Lance Vanhoozer. 

Cremation has been chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements. 

There will be a memorial service for Brenda on Saturday, June 1st, 2024 at 11am. This will be held at Louisville Church of Christ, 1201 South Fourth Street, Louisville, KY 40203.
