Carolyn Louise Bullington

1/20/1966 - 5/11/2024

Carolyn Louise Bullington, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, gracefully departed this world on May 11, 2024, to be reunited with her Creator. Born on January 20, 1966, to the late John and Thelma Bullington, Carolyn leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness.

She is fondly remembered by her surviving brother, Allen Bullington(Elaine) of Newburgh, Indiana, and her sons Richard Bullington of Owensboro, Kentucky, and Allen Barger of Maceo, Kentucky, along with her daughter-in-law Misty Carden Barger of Owensboro, Kentucky. Her grandchildren, Madison, Jacob, Carlee, Noah, Forever, and Chase Barger, and Emily, Tyler, and Layla Bullington, all of Owensboro, Kentucky, were the lights of her life, as were her great-grandchildren Dia'sha McFarland, Kamarion, and Kentrell Young.

In her journey, Carolyn found a soul sister in Jennifer Reneer of Frankfort, Kentucky, who shared her joys and sorrows. Carolyn's life was also enriched by her beloved fur babies, Daisy and Whitey.

While she is now reunited with her parents and sister, John and Thelma Bullington and Thelma Jean Bullington, her memory lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A memorial service to honor Carolyn's life will be held at a later date, with details to be announced by her family. Until then, may her spirit continue to inspire love and compassion among us all.

Carolyn and I met in 1980 and fell instantly in love . we had many good memories together till life pushed us in different directions. We reconnected in 2023 we would video chat and talk for hours, sometimes all night. We shared stories of our life’s, sometimes giggle and laugh like kids again when we felt down we picked each other up we relit the flames in our hearts. Those memories I will never forget .her flame will always burn bright in my heart.
