Jeremy "Punky" Hooten

May 11, 1990 - October 31, 2023

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jeremy "Punky" Hooten, who passed away on the 31st of October, 2023. Born on the 11th of May, 1990, his presence was a joy in the lives of all who knew him, leaving an indelible touch of laughter, love, and kindness.

Jeremy was a fun-loving and kind-hearted guy who believed in deeply caring for others. He loved spending time with those closest to him, especially if it involved music, gaming, and food.  Jeremy will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him. 

He is survived by his father, Jerry Hooten (Kim),  his siblings, Bridgett (Binky) Hudson, Shannon Hooten, Jamie (Kristen) Hooten, and step-sister, Amy (Marissa) Hutter, as well as his beloved Aunt Patty Griffin, Step-Father Michael Hutter, several nieces and nephews, Jacob, Benjamin, Avery, and Bella, numerous dearly loved cousins, some of whom he was especially close with and considered bonus brothers, and long time companion, Jeanette Williams, along with many other dear friends and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his mother, Constance “Connie” Hutter, whose memory he always held dear to his heart. 

A memorial service to celebrate Jeremy's life will be held on the 18th of November, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Faith Harvest Assembly, 6310 Buttontown Rd, Greenville, Indiana. We invite all those who knew and loved Jeremy to join us as we remember his life and the impact he had on those around him. 

As we commemorate Jeremy's life, we hold on to the beautiful memories he left us with. Jeremy "Punky" Hooten will be missed, but his legacy will forever live on in our hearts.
