When I worked for the PVA Ken was my boss. He made me feel so capable and comfortable. He really enjoyed making people feel a part of a team and realize that good work in anything was something to be proud of. I will always cherish the memories I have working for him. He is truly missed

Ken was a very good friend and colleague of mine over the past 12 years at the PVA. In addition to being my supervisor, we shared almost daily walks on break and many rounds of golf the past several years. Ken was a very intelligent man and is greatly missed at the PVA . May God rest his soul. My condolences to his wife Wanda and all his family.

Wanda my thought and prayers are with you all. I didn’t know Ken as well as some others, like my sis Sharon Locke, but I do know that he loved coaching Upward and you guys were in my Sunday school class. I prayed for Ken but God was ready for him to come home. God bless you sweetie. Love
