Larry Throneberry

Larry Throneberry, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 24, 2023. 

Larry is survived by his devoted daughters, Jessica Madrid and Jennifer Montano, who will forever cherish the memories of their father. His legacy lives on through his grandchildren: Joseph Hall (Eden), Alicia Smith, Angelina Hall, Alaina Contreras, Brianna Contreras, Savannah Montano Hall, Shelby Madrid, and Kasey Madrid. Larry was also a proud great-grandparent to Luna Smith, Allen House, Re’vannah Hall, London Briggs, Cairo Briggs, and Ja’Xai Spratley.

Larry is survived by his brother, Grady L Throneberry, who shared a lifetime of memories and experiences with him; and his partner, Deanna Griffitin.

Larry is preceded in death by his father, Grady S Throneberry, his mother, Marie Killen, and his wife, Marie Throneberry. While Larry may have left this world, the love he shared with his family will continue to resonate in their hearts.

Known for his unconditional love for dogs, Larry had a special bond with his four-legged friends. He never met a dog he couldn't train and had a knack for understanding their unique personalities.

Those who knew Larry remember his sarcasm and bullheadedness, which endeared him to many. His sense of humor brought joy and laughter to those around him.  Larry had a great sense of humor but his family got the last laugh because we ate all the turkey and the leftovers. We love you Larry and you will be missed so much. Larry is finally at peace.
