07/23/1959 - 05/09/2024

Maryann "Meg" Elizabeth (Williams) Gustafson, born July 23, 1959 to the late Richard Howard Williams and Lorraine Delores (Regello) Williams at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, California, passed away on May 9, 2024 in Means, Kentucky, after a long struggle with cancer. Her husband, Dave Gustafson, was at her side throughout the struggle and until the very end. She was loved dearly by her husband, family, and friends.

Meg was orphaned at the age of four years old and was raised by her maternal aunt, Gladys Regello in Redwood City, California. She attended Monte Carmel Catholic School in Redwood City, and then continued her education at Notre Dame High School in Belmont, CA.

Meg was very passionate about reading, writing, playing the piano, and spending time with her grandchildren. Through Meg's passion for reading, she and six others formed Meg's Cozy Mystery Book Corner in 2017. She brought together authors and readers from around the world to share their enthusiasm for cozy mysteries. The group has nearly two thousand members today. Meg made lasting friendships and earned the love and respect of all who knew her.

Meg is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Dave Gustafson; three sons, Matthew di Falco, Daniel di Falco, and Keith Gustafson; daughter, Jessica (Gustafson) Wyzykowski; and nine grandchildren, Elizabetta, Joseph, Ross "Charlie" and Rose di Falco, Liam di Falco, Bricen, Addison and Oliver Gustafson, and Noelle Wyzykowski.

Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements. At this time there are no plans for a public service.
