Ronald Kahl

September 29, 1954 - January 27, 2024 

Ronald Brent Kahl, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2024, at the age of 69. Born on September 29, 1954, to Albert and Peggy Kahl, Ronald was a beloved son, brother, father, uncle, and grandfather.

He is survived by his cherished sister, Debbie Lewellen, and his devoted brother, Steve Kahl. Ronald's legacy continues through his sons John Kahl and Josh Kahl, and niece, Dawn Holley, as well as his adored grandchildren; Olivia Kahl, Brison Kahl, John Kahl Jr. and Mason Kahl.

Ronald's life was marked by the love he shared with his family and friends. Though he is preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Kahl, brothers Greg Kahl and Dale Kahl, and sisters Mary Hardin and Suzan Mitchell, and his son Kenny Kahl, his memory lives on in the hearts of those who knew him.

Ronald found joy in simple pleasures, moments spent at the gym, enjoying music, and embracing the great outdoors through camping adventures. His faith was a cornerstone of his life, evident through his membership at the Church of Christ in New Albany, Indiana.

In Ronald's passing, we remember a man whose kindness, laughter, and warmth touched the lives of many. May his spirit live on in the memories shared and the love he leaves behind. Ronald will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.
