Sean Ray Withers

4/14/1979 - 7/23/2024

Sean Ray Withers, born on April 14, 1979, in Hamilton, Ohio, left this world on July 23, 2024. His passing has left a void that can never be filled and has cast a shadow of profound grief over all who knew and loved him.

Sean was an extraordinary man whose love for his family knew no bounds. He was a devoted father to his children Destiny Withers, Ashley Withers, Logan Downs, and Hailey Craynon. His grandchildren Anahj, Aaliyah, Royal, Adella, Legend, Royce, Riley, and Rayven were the light of his life; he cherished each one with unwavering adoration.

His generosity knew no limits; Sean's heart overflowed with compassion and kindness. He was always there to lend a helping hand without hesitation or reservation. Whether it was friends or strangers in need, he would selflessly offer support without expecting anything in return.

A private service held on July 25th allowed those closest to Sean to gather together to honor his memory and share their love for him.

In addition to being survived by his children and grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Sean leaves behind brothers Michael Sturgill and Timothy Withers. His absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He was preceded in death by his father Howard Withers Jr and his mother Phyllis Sturgill.

The legacy Sean leaves behind is one of boundless love, unwavering devotion, and unparalleled generosity. He will forever remain alive in our hearts as we carry forward the lessons he taught us through his actions during his time here with us.

May we find solace in remembering the joy he brought into our lives and may we strive every day to embody even just a fraction of the goodness that radiated from Sean's soul. Rest peacefully now; your spirit will live on eternally within us all.

Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.

I can remember the first time that I met Sean it was during one of the worst times in my family’s life. when we lost our father-in-law my husband’s father. But there was this wonderful young man that showed up out of nowhere that just took over everything in our lives we had a want he took care of it if we had a need he took care of it. I remember when I was in the hospital he would sneak in my favorite ice cream and sit there with me and talk I knew of his children and his grandchildren he loved them he was always there for them. Sean was the type of person that once he took you under his wing and called you a friend there was nothing he would do foryou. this young man became like a son to my husband and I we will never forget the young man that we had for one season and we will love him forever.
