Vicki Blackburn

Vicki Blackburn, 65, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on April 21, 2025. 

Vicki is survived by her brother, Lance Blackburn; son, Jason Hatcher; life partner, Richard Hamilton; and son, Richard Shannon Hamilton. 

She is preceded in death by her father, Curtis Blackburn; mother, Hope Slone Blackburn; and brother, Lyndon Blackburn.

Vicki enjoyed horseback riding and cooking in her free time. She was a proud attendee of University of Kentucky. 

Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
