Alexis Jo Hayden

Alexis Jo Hayden passed away peacefully on January 3rd 2026 at the age of 49 following a lengthy battle with cervical cancer. 

Alexis was born March 1st 1976 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to parents Lynn Thomas and Barbara Thomas (Thornton) and grew up in Bloomington, IN. Alexis is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Allison Thomas. Alexis is survived by her children Corey (Carolanne) Hayden and Kaitlyn Hayden, her grandson Tobias Hayden, her siblings Alisha (Jeff) Little and Dean (Wendy) Thomas, and her nieces and nephews Sarah (Dylan) Cornelius, Samantha Little (Shawn Heimbuecher), Jonah Thomas, Lynn Dean Thomas III, Ethan Thomas, and Issa Thomas along with many other loved ones. 

Alexis was a loving sister, mother, and grandmother who adored her family more than anything. Alexis enjoyed the simple things in life and was always happy so long as she was with her loved ones. She will be remembered by those who knew and loved her for her kindness and generosity and her love of family. 

A private celebration of life will be held for Alexis on March 7th 2026.
