Christine was one of the funniest, kind, adventurous and loving souls I’ve ever had the privilege of calling my friend. Meeting her freshman year of high school, she was intimidating…she was so much cooler than I was. But unbeknownst to me, she was an eccentric weirdo like myself who laughed at things I said when I wasn’t trying to be funny . I will miss her laugh more than anything.
Christine was also the kind of friend that you could call up…when you were at your lowest and she would drop everything to be there for you. She stayed with me once for a week trying to cheer me up during a breakup (she saved me that week). She would always interject a joke when she would tell me how much I ment to her. She was the best at picking out small parts of your very serious conversation and laughing hysterically about how you worded something.
Trying to condense 20 years worth of memories is impossible….especially when you knew someone as memorable as Christine. This is a loss im sure a lot of us will feel for an eternity I will forever miss you my friend.

She had mentioned a love of writing, so I gave her one of my prized space pens and a small notebook to encourage her. She, in return, gave me an hourglass that was precious to her, assuring me a part of me would be with her, and a part of her would stay with me. She was a sweet, complicated person and I will remember our short time together for the rest of my life. Goodbye, Heddi.
