Connie was born in Columbia, PA to John and Anna Miltenberger. She was the youngest of three sisters including Beverly Thomas and Judy Ott. She was a graduate of Columbia High School.
Connie married Daniel West in 1971 and moved to New Jersey. She gave birth to her son and only child John in 1978. She worked as a as a customer service rep at New Jersey Lawn and Sprinkler and Fencing Company In Lakewood, NJ until 2024.She moved with her husband to Noblesville, IN in 2015.
Connie was preceded in death by her son John, her Mom and Dad, sister Beverly and brothers in law Robert Ott, Herb Thomas, and Tom Gorman.
Connie is survived by her husband Daniel, sister Judy and in-laws Betty Gorman, Judy and Joe Wood, Lynn and Jim Cranga, Cheryl West, and Esther Sidat as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Connie will be remembered for her wit , sense of humor and kind ways  She will be dearly missed.

Cheryl West

When I retire at night, one of the first things I see is the beautiful afghan Connie made for my 50th. As I sit in my living room recliner I look up on the wall across from me to the olive wood cross Danny & Connie sent to us one Christmas. I’m pretty sure Connie picked it out. One of my favorite memories was at my niece’s wedding reception when Connie and I sang to all the great ‘oldies’ that were playing. Another was spending fun girl time with just her and me at their home in New Jersey, where she made for us and gave me the recipe to her awesome pasta sauce! How my heart longs for the day when I see her again and can personally thank her for those special times…after a delightfully warm hug!

Esther

Connie was a joy to be around, with her great sense of humor. I only wish I could have had more time with her. I treasure the afghan she crocheted for me. She will be remembered fondly.

Lynn Cranga

Connie could light up a room with her humor. She was a great mom & loving wife. She disciplined John with authority & love. Connie was able to bring my brother out of his shell like, in my opinion, no one else could. So I say so long sister-in-law until in heaven we meet again ❤️

Teri White

I met Connie on the phone in March 2015 when I started work at NJ Lawn. We never met in person but over the years became very close friends and we always felt like we were right next door. She was so much fun to work with. I will miss her forever.

Judy Wood

Connie was always upbeat. I talked to her in April and she was the same Connie I always remembered. I will miss her dearly. One thing she told me was, Danny was the best husband anyone could ever wish for.
