Dale Allen Noblitt

Dale Allen Noblitt, age 66, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana, with his family by his side.

Dale was born on August 2, 1960, in Seymour, Indiana, to the late Richard and Bettie Noblitt. He spent much of his life traveling the open roads as a long-haul truck driver, a career that took him many miles from home and introduced him to people from all walks of life. Dale never met a stranger and had a natural way of striking up a conversation with just about anyone. After years on the road, he eventually returned home to Seymour. During his final years, he resided at Green Valley Care Center in New Albany, Indiana.

Dale is survived by his children, Chris Noblitt and his wife, Jessica, and Natasha Duran and her husband, Joe. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Bryson, Brayden, Ava, Jacob, and Jayzlynn.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Bettie Noblitt, and his son, Richard T. Noblitt.

In accordance with Dale's wishes, cremation was chosen. Arrangements are being handled by Magnolia Cremations in Jeffersonville, Indiana. A private service will be held for family.
