Danielle Catherine Cordes, born November 17, 1982, in Clearwater, Florida, led a life marked by bold adventures and resilience.

Surviving a near-fatal drowning at seventeen months old, she spent her childhood with her maternal grandparents until she was about sixteen. She was baptized and received her First Holy Communion at St. Mary Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in St. Petersburg in April 1984.

Known for her warm embrace, Danielle exuded affection toward all she cherished. After high school, she embarked on a cross-country journey across the United States, always seeking the best in others—even those who may not have earned it. Though estranged from her family for many years, she remained deeply loved and missed.

Recently, she had committed to a brighter future, surrounded by supportive colleagues, and eagerly anticipated her new role at IHOP/Applebee's.

Danielle passed away unexpectedly on April 25, 2026.

Danielle was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents. She is survived by her mother, several aunts, an uncle, and numerous cousins.

Her final resting place will soon be in Florida. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
