Dawn Renee Ferguson

05/11/1971 - 12/20/2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dawn Renee Ferguson, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who left this world peacefully at her home in Glendale, Kentucky, on December 20, 2025. Renee was born on May 11, 1971, in Stuart, Florida, and she illuminated the lives of everyone around her for over 54 years.

Renee was a devoted daughter of Joan and David Roberts. While she was preceded in death by her mother, she leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory. Renee is survived by her husband, Keith Ferguson, with whom she shared an incredible bond for 32 years. Their love story is one of resilience; even after time apart, the strength of their love could not be diminished, and they found their way back to each other.

Renee’s legacy continues through her two daughters who she loved dearly, Natasha (Alex) Carnes and Kira Saylor, who will carry forward the kindness and love that their mother instilled in them. She was also a proud grandmother, embracing the joys of her two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Her family was completed by her beloved three grand dogs, her words.

In addition to her immediate family, Renee is survived by her father, David Roberts, and her brother and two sisters: David (Kristie) Kirkland, Stacey Shook, and Sarah (Brandon) Adams. Throughout her life, Renee nurtured close relationships with her family, always placing them at the center of her world. She was a source of strength and support, radiating a love that made everyone feel welcomed and cherished.

Renee spent her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse, a role that perfectly suited her nurturing nature. She dedicated her life to helping others, and her selflessness was evident in every aspect of her existence. Renee found joy in reading, listening to music, and, most importantly, spending time with her family. Her hobbies reflected her love for life and her commitment to growth, particularly her passion for learning the word of God.

Renee was known for her loving, kind-hearted spirit. She possessed a quiet strength that was comforting to those around her, and her contagious smile and laughter could brighten even the darkest of days. She carried herself with grace, navigating life's challenges with a faith-filled heart.

Dawn Renee Ferguson will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, strength, and faith will continue to inspire all of us.
