Diane Lyn Graham, 69, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She was born to John J. Cronen Sr. and Margaret H. Cronen, who preceded her in death. Diane was the sixth of seven siblings and the youngest daughter in her family.
Diane was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother whose greatest pride and accomplishment was raising her four daughters and celebrating their lives, successes, and growing families. She was the kind of person who would do anything for anyone, always putting others before herself and offering kindness, support, and love. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters: Jessica Duffy (Charles), Jillian Geralds (Justin), Suzanne Edds (Gary Bell), and Sarah Caswell (Derek). She was a proud grandmother to Sarah Paez (Osiris), Lauren Duffy, Jack Geralds, Lillian Geralds, Abram Caswell, Charles Duffy III, and Carmen Caswell; and a cherished great grandmother to Cassian Paez. She was also dearly loved by many nieces and nephews who will miss her deeply.
Diane had a deep love for music, nature, and the holidays. She especially cherished time spent by the river, where some of her most treasured memories were made with her father that created a lifelong appreciation for the beauty of the outdoors. She enjoyed college basketball as a lifelong Kentucky Wildcat fan and looked forward each year to the Derby season. Diane found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially in the time she spent with those she loved most. Above all, her strong faith in God guided her life, bringing her comfort, strength, and a deep sense of peace that she carried with her always. Her warmth, generosity, strength, and love for her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
