Donna G. Jurs

Donna G. Jurs, 70, of Corydon, IN, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, IN. Donna was born in Columbia, KY, on October 17, 1953, the daughter of John and Rosella (Wall) Sneed.

Donna had a generous spirit and great sense of humor. She enjoyed the simple pleasures in life such as cooking, baking, reading, gardening, crafting, and spending time with her beloved dog, Caramel. She spent most of her life in Northern Illinois where she raised her family before relocating to Southern
Indiana to be closer to her extended family.

Donna is survived by her children: Larry Ulrich, Autumn (Tom) Merrill, Angela Lowery (Brian Bowman), Derek St. Clair, and Robyn Simmons (Steven Mcbride); grandchildren Dakota, Brennan, Nicholas, Ariel, Carlie, Mathias, Derek Jr., Layla, and Jamie; special aunt Allene Bottoms; nephew Andrew Sneed; niece
Deborah (Drew) Sneed; and numerous cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: John Edward Sneed, Jr. and David Michael Sneed.

A celebration of life memorial service will be announced at a later date.
