Donna Rae Belding Bihl

Donna Rae Belding Bihl was born on May 3, 1940 in Cincinnati, Ohio to David K. and Rachael J. Belding. She recently celebrated her 85th Birthday on Kentucky Derby Day surrounded by family and friends and departed this planet for her next destination on July 1, 2025.
She was a force. Family was always first. She is survived by her 8 children, 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and her most recent animal rescue, her beloved dog, Baby Yoda. Besides Mother and Granny, she served many other roles: Registered Nurse, equestrian, animal lover, earth lover, organic hippy farmer, green thumb, bar owner, bridge player, fashionista, friend, neighbor, and pot-stirrer. Granny always kept it interesting. She gave freely and expected the best from everyone. She loved fiercely. Words cannot capture how much she will be missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025 from 4-8PM at Second Sight Spirits, 301 Elm St, Ludlow, KY 41016.
