Frank Hitt

Frank Hitt, 73, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on June 30, 2025. He was born on October 1, 1951, in Virginia to the late Frank Hitt Sr. and Betty Hitt.

Frank is survived by his loving wife, Milda Hitt; his children: Tracy Nolley of Sellersburg, Alex Hughes of Bulgaria, Rima, and Robert, both of England; his sister-in-law, Linda Hitt of Florida; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many aunts, extended family, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Jeanie and her husband Delbert, his brother Johnny, and his grandparents in Virginia.

Frank enjoyed horses, fishing, animals and playing horseshoes. He always share his love for Halloween and the candy that was shared with all the kids. He earned his GED and was proud of the life he built through hard work and determination. Frank will be remembered for his sense of humor, love for the simple things in life.
