Garthena Tucker
March 15, 1943 – July 4, 2025
Fort Wayne – went out with a bang. Her sense of humor and kindness will be forever in the hearts that she touched. Favorite saying “it ain’t easy being me”. Born to Everett “Clyde” and Helen Tucker. She leaves behind 6 children. Patti “Trish” (Randy) Baker, Tony Tucker, Flo Anne (George ”Allen”) Watson, Monica(Dave) Isaacson, Hollie Crozier, Shawn (Tressie) Crozier. 13 Grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren. She loved, cared for and connected with many other children along the way.
Celebration of life on July 20th 2025 1pm- 8pm at McMillen Family Pavilion 1750 Goshen Ave in Frankie Park Fort Wayne. Memorials to Smile Train.
Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.

We send out our deepest condolences to the entire Baker families! Pattie, Randy, Amber and Patrick you are in our thoughts and prayers! It was such a blessing to be able to be a part of Garthenas life. She will always hold a special place in our hearts!!! She was a beautiful soul inside and out.

She always remembered me and Mr. Man at Christmas. She would send us a card and it always had scratch offs included. It always tickled us and made us happy that she remembered us. And, of course, she gave us Trish (Patti) = a great treasure.
