Jim & I became great friends in 6th grade & remained so though college & beyond . We spent a lot of time together & numerous adventures including trips, exploring, firearms, girlfriends who were also best friends, our 1963 Chevy Impala SS’s, motorcycles, college at SIU, business ventures (Vodell Custom
Auto & Box Office Video), following & partying with Head East, drag racing, & much more. Jim definitely maintains a place in my memories forever.

Uncle Jim…I grew up in the country next door to Uncle Jim. So we did a lot of life together. Meals, music, fireworks, dogs, Radio Shack, Charles’chips in the metal tin, philosophizing about all sorts of things, teaching me mechanical stuff, fixing my 3-wheeler over and again. I have only sweet memories of a sweet Uncle. Rest in Peace. Sympathies to my Mom, to Ethan and family and to Shana and family. Thank you Ethan and Shana, for loving him so well.
