Janice Northcutt

Janice E. Northcutt, 82, passed away on September 4, 2026 in Cold Spring, KY. Janice
was born in Ashland, KY and lived in the Cincinnati/Covington area for 62 years. She
loved the Covington area. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and
Mary Northcutt; her niece Deborah Greicius; and her brother-in-law Thomas Pence.Janice is survived by her sister, Diana Pence and nephew, Darrin Pitts.

Janice was very creative and a talented commissioned artist. She was proud to be a
member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Janice loved angels and
particularly loved Saint Francis of Assisi and Saint Kateri Tekakwitha. She was a
wonderful sister.

Janice taught CCD classes (religious education for children) at the Corpus Christi
Church’s Catholic Mission for many years. The children loved her. Janice was a
member of the Third Order of Franciscans for many years also. At the Cathedral
Basilica of the Assumption Janice was a lector and served as part of the Social
Concerns Committee and part of the Ladies Society Committee. Mary Creech, Sr. Barbara Woeste and Sue Woolridge shared memories of Janice. Debbie Rottman was a special friend who was a great help to us.

The funeral for Janice will be at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, 1101
Madison Avenue, Covington, KY. on September 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM, Janice”s final
resting place will be in Middletown, OH with family.
