Jeffrey Rowan

Jeffrey Rowan, 69, of Borden, Indiana, passed away peacefully at his home on December 10, 2025. He was born on July 5, 1956, in New Albany, Indiana, to Jane and David Rowan.

Jeffrey was a devoted family man whose greatest joy was time spent with those he loved. He cherished gatherings with family and friends and found peace and purpose working on the farm, a place that reflected his hardworking and grounded spirit.

He is survived by his loving parents, Jane and David Rowan; his siblings, John (Marilyn) Rowan, David (Diana) Rowan, Danny (Cathy) Rowan, Diane (David) Miller, and Richard (Debbie) Askren; and his children, Melanie (Jason) May, Curtis (Natalie) Rowan, and Jeffrey (Mauria) Rowan.

Jeffrey was a proud grandfather to Ali and Nick May; Carmine, Scarlette, and Sienna Rowan; and Carter, Ahnica, Beckam, and Cash Rowan, each of whom held a special place in his heart. He is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.

Jeffrey will be remembered for his kindness, his strong work ethic, and the love he shared so freely with his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.
