Jennifer Elaine Gattis, age 51, of Glasgow, Kentucky. Jennifer passed away on August 4, 2024. Born on May 25, 1973, in Perryville, Missouri, Jennifer was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend.
Jennifer is survived by her cherished daughter, Allison Gattis; her loving parents, Mary and David Lackey; and her three devoted brothers, David Willis Lackey (Teresa Lackey), Jessie Lee Lackey (Kelly Runyon), and Colin Lackey (Jamie Killion). She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom held a special place in her heart.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Maude and Elbert Baggett, whose memories she always treasured.
Jennifer graduated from Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, Texas, in 1992. She had a deep love for cats, which brought her immense joy and comfort throughout her life. Her compassionate spirit and loving nature touched the lives of all who knew her.
Her family and friends will remember Jennifer for her warmth, kindness, and the love she shared with those around her. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.
