Jeremy Dale Willoughby

Jeremy Dale Willoughby “Chuck”, of West Point Kentucky, concluded his human experience April 1st, 2025.  Born November 7, 1978 to Danny & Pamela Willoughby (Ortiz) in Louisville Ky, he attended PRP High School (c /o  1997). During his very eventful youth Jeremy worked in retail, sales & marketing, manufacturing, and in the hospitality industry. He recently moved with his wife to an old farmhouse in West Point Kentucky where he was surrounded by his favorite things: projects, golf, fishing, ping-pong, kittens, flowers, and snowflakes. Lovingly dubbed “Paradise Willoughby”, this is where Jeremy spent the last 2+ years cultivating and perfecting his skills as a chef, plumber, mechanic, lumberjack, landscaper, painter, carpenter, farmer, electrician, husband, dad, and Chicken Tender. It was here that he finally found all of the love, happiness, and peace he had searched for his whole life. 

Preceded in death by his mother and father, Jeremy is survived by his wife and best friend Amanda, children Chase, Marty, Truby, Nicolas, and Ezekiel; and brother Pony Willoughby. He was loved and is missed by all of the turkeys, chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, and ducks he raised on his homestead. 

A celebration of life memorial for Jeremy will be held at Paradise Willoughby, beginning at 12:01am Sunday April 20th. Bring a fishing pole, a chair, and all of your crazy memories and stories so that we can send him off to his next adventure with one last Happy Place.
