Joseph Edward Moberly Jr.

May 17, 1933 − Oct. 27, 1933

Ed died peacefully under Hospice care. He lived a full life that left an impact on those that knew him. He was a Navy veteran and retired claims adjuster.
Ed loved working on his property in the country, raising exotic pets and creating his vision of the world. He was known for piloting his ultra light airplane over the skies of Floyds Knobs as The Ed Baron, with the occasional crash. He retired to Apalachicola FL in 1997 and began a woodcarving hobby that brought him great enjoyment and local renown. Many of his works are on display.

Ed is survived by sons, Donnie, Jeffrey (Mary Ann) and Timmy, brothers, William, Burch (Oneal), Michael (Betty), David and Richard (Paula), grand-children and many nieces and nephews. He is preced-ed in death by his wife, Shirley (Goodale) and sister, Marilyn.

Thanks to the staffs of the Beehive in Lyndon KY and Hosparus of Louisville that provided love and care for him. A special thanks to lifelong friends, the Dan and Joanna Danzl family and his Apalachicola family, Mark and Wendi Butler. Ed chose cremation without a ceremony.
