Joyce Nash

Joyce Ann Nash, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on February 28, 2024. Born on March 19, 1956, in Louisville to James and Verna Nash, Joyce brought light and love into the lives of all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved mother, Verna L. Nash, sisters Deborah L. Nash, Rosie Marie Chambers (Mark Chambers), Sister n Law Donna Nash . Joyce leaves behind a legacy of love through her Nephews'; Donathon Hall, Steven Nash, and Kurtis Nash, as well as four cherished great-nieces and many cousins.
Joyce's life was filled with creativity and beauty. She found joy in sewing, needlepoint, and crocheting afghans, pouring her heart into every stitch. Her green thumb brought forth the most enchanting garden, a testament to her passion for nature and its wonders.
A graduate of Western High School in Louisville, KY, in 1975, Joyce touched the hearts of many with her kindness and gentle spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In a heartfelt note from her sister Debbie: "Joyee-a-R-oo, you were my first friend, my first playmate! Where is the recipe for my German chocolate birthday cake, girl! I Love You, Deb."
Joyce is preceded in death by her father, James A. Nash I, brother James A. Nash II, and great-nephew Tray Shawn Hall.
In our hearts, Joyce will forever remain, her memory a beacon of love and light that will never fade. Rest in peace, dear Joyce.
Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.
