Judy B. Martinez

On July 25, 2025, a beautiful and God-fearing woman left this world to go be with the Lord. Judy Beatrice Martinez has moved on to a heavenly place where she is free of pain, struggles, heartache, and many things this temporary world portrays. This woman blessed many people and families in her lifetime and has touched many souls. She taught her children a hard work ethic and to have big hearts, and never shy away from a good laugh. She will truly be missed and forever loved.

She is preceded in death by her father, Arthur L. Bullard; her mother, Malona Brown Bullard; her brothers, Arthur L. Bullard, Jr., Jerry M. Bullard, Jim A. Bullard; her sisters, Joann Bullard Hanks, Lula Janice Brohm, Sharon Bullard Vittitoe, Sara Feltner (Philip).

Judy is survived by her son, Daniel Riggsbee; daughter, Jessica Martinez; son, Mario Martinez, Jr.; grandson Isaac Bryson; granddaughter, Emily Ledbetter; granddaughter, Daniella Martinez; granddaughter, Kaylee Ledbetter; granddaughter, Evelyn Martinez; grandson, Gabriel Martinez. She is also survived by her brothers Leonard Bullard, Johnny Bullard; and a number of beloved nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her wishes, her ashes will be scattered during a private memorial in the Smoky Mountains, a place of peace and personal meaning.
