Judy Thomas, 74, of Marengo, Indiana, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2026. Born on February 11, 1952, in Borden, Indiana, Judy was the beloved daughter of George and Lillian Thomas.
Judy had a gift for finding joy in life’s simple treasures—whether it was a hidden gem at a thrift store, a great bargain at a yard sale, or an afternoon spent laughing with her grandchildren. She had a sharp wit, a warm heart, and a knack for turning everyday moments into lasting memories. If there was a deal to be found, Judy was already on her way—and probably bringing something home for someone she loved.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Franklin Graham Jr. (Tawnya) and Harlan “Bud” Graham (Misty); 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and her brothers and sister, all of whom will miss her humor, her stories, and her unwavering love for family.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lillian Thomas; her granddaughter, Taylor Cole; her great-grandson, Braxton Fields; as well as a brother and a sister.
Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.

I met Judy volunteering at the Baptist Church Food Pantry in Marengo. Two other volunteers Jackie, Jerry and myself developed a deep f friendship that lasted even after the Food Pantry closed. We gathered for weekly domino games and Judy was always the ‘life of the party’. it was a special treat when she made us a pot of chicken and dumplings.
After she was in the nursing home, Jackie and I visited her often, It broke our hearts to see this once lively lady confined to bed. Before we left, we always tell her we loved her and she was not forgotten.
