Lee Everett Huddleston

Lee Everett Huddleston, 85, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 29, 2026.

Born July 18, 1941, in Gary, Indiana, Lee lived a life characterized by hard work, devotion to family, and service to his country. He proudly served nine years in the United States Army, including assignments in Korea, Germany, and Vietnam.

Known for his strong work ethic and appreciation for satire, Lee had a distinctive sense of humor and enjoyed finding the lighter side of life.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Donna Sue Huddleston, who passed away on May 14, 2024.

Lee is survived by his children, Ann Parenti (Curtis McCoy), Lynn Lindsey-Lane Bunn (Brian), Sue Ellen Standridge (Jeff), and James Huddleston (Tammy); 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

In accordance with his wishes, Lee will be cremated, and his ashes will be scattered alongside those of his late wife in the mountains of North Carolina. No formal services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a veterans organization of the donor’s choice.
