Leslie Wade Spegal

Leslie Wade Spegal, of Taylorsville, KY, passed away on October 24, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Shannon; his son, Wade Jr.; his daughters, Lauren and Ashleigh; his brothers, Brad and Dave; and his mother, Nancy. He was preceded in death by his father, Ted “Pop”; and his sisters, Louise and Edna.

Wade cherished spending time fishing, enjoying watermelon, tomatoes, and crab, golfing, riding motorcycles, playing Twisted Metal and Nintendo Wii, and hanging out with his family. He also had a passion for stained glass.  Wade was also a passionate fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the University of Kentucky Wildcats.

Born in Covington, KY, Wade graduated from Jeffersontown High School. He worked at Rainbow Bread for 10 years and spent the last 11 years as a supervisor at Horseshoe/Caesars Casino.
