Lonnie “Pop” Thomas Robertson Jr., 77, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2024, in his home in Jeffersonville, IN. He was born on 2/08/1947, in Madisonville, KY, to Lonnie Robertson Sr. and Ruby Robertson. He joined the Marines after high school, and when he returned home, he married Janice on 3/21/70. He worked as a sprinkler fitter till he retired at 55. His strong work ethic is something he proudly passed to all his children and grandchildren. Pop always had an ear to listen, advice to give, and a joke to tell, providing guidance and making sure you left with a good-hearted laugh. 

He is proceeded in death by his mother, father, and sister Dedra Gibson. He is survived by his wife Janice; sisters, Ellen Caudill, Charlotte (Terry) Vissing; his daughters, Tammy (Frank) Nuxoll, Alisa Flora; his Son Ashley (Kristina) Robertson; His Grandchildren Nick, Maddie, Ian, Sydney, Cody, Ethan, Abby, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. There will not be a memorial service.

Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements
