Mark Todd “Bird” Paulley, 63, passed away on September 2, 2026.

Mark is survived by his daughter, Erica (Chris) Hartman; granddaughter, Brianna (Alex) Ragains; grandson, Josiah Hartman; great-granddaughter, Charlie Ragains; great-grandson, Bennett Ragains; brother, Joseph (Christy) Paulley; sister, Charlotte Busam; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Sonny Paulley; his mother, Hazel “Irene” Parker; and his brothers, Dwayne Paulley, Duke Paulley, Troy Paulley, and Linn Paulley.

Mark enjoyed playing bingo and spending time doing outdoor work. Though life was difficult for him, especially toward the end, his love for his family never wavered. His family was very important to him, and he will forever be deeply loved and missed by all who knew and loved him.
