Owen Crawford

Owen Crawford, 59, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on January 29, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.

He is survived by his adoring daughter, Pauline Crawford, affectionately known as "his shorty," and his precious grandchildren: Xavier, Avah, with Eli and Levi eagerly awaited. His siblings: Harold, Jamesetta, Otis Sr., and Connie.

Owen was preceded in death by his dear parents, Addie and James Crawford, his elder brother, Peter Crawford, and his lifelong friend, Mr. Will.

Owen was known for his passion for cooking, especially grilling, where he found joy in sharing meals with those he cared for. A devoted Kentucky fan, Owen's enthusiasm for sports was infectious. He found solace and delight in the great outdoors, whether it was firing up the grill or dismantling and rebuilding computers with skill and finesse. His love for loud old-school music filled every room with energy and warmth.

Educated at Butler High School, Owen's spirited nature led him to participate in ROTC and serve as a male cheerleader, leaving behind fond memories for those who knew him during those days. His knack for technology led him to further studies in college, where he honed his talent for computer engineering.

Owen's presence brought light and laughter to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered for his kindness, generosity, and zest for life.

Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.
