Born in Many, LA he was the son of late Arlis [Gail] and Margaret Green. Perry graduated at Furr Highschool in Houston, TX. He then became a concrete finisher and worked all throughout the South. He was a Christian and devoted in sharing his story and testimony to the youth across many Churches. He was an intern after attending Missionary School.
