Regene Lenay Glascoe, 64, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Regene was born on December 16, 1961, in Clarksville, Indiana, to Jerry N. Huff and Donna K. Huff. She was a proud graduate of Clarksville High School, Class of 1980.
Regene was happiest when surrounded by her family and all of her beloved animals. She had a special heart for animals and never met a stray she did not want to help. Her compassion and love extended to every creature she encountered. Regene also enjoyed listening to music with her loving partner, Jason, and especially loved watching him play guitar.
Above all, Regene cherished her family. She was incredibly proud of her daughter and grandchildren and treasured every moment spent with the people she loved. Her kindness, compassion, and love for both people and animals will be remembered by all who knew her.
Regene is survived by her loving partner, Jason Sutter; her daughter, Jamie Stenger (Richard); her brother, Michael P. Huff (Carol); her grandchildren, Peyton, Jordyn, and Asher; her great-grandchild, Delaney; her niece, Emily; and many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry N. Huff and Donna K. Huff.
Regene leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and a heart that always had room for one more person—or one more stray animal. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Reg and I had so many good times. Our favorite was going to Gatlinburg with her grandparents. We had good memories with our Lynda Ave Friends. As we grew up we went our own ways but when we did run into each other it was like it was growing up. You take care my friend.

It was many years ago since I’ve seen Regene. We hung out quite a bit during High School. One memory I do have was my 17th birthday party. It was 1977! Not sure if it’s proper to say, but we were always partying in our teens. I think we all were! I can’t remember who it was, but they snuck us beer in through the basement window and we hid it from my parents during my party. Great times! She gave me an album, Ram Jam with the song Black Betty! I always listened to that album! I wish I still had it, but unfortunately all my albums were ripped off! Such a great song, everybody jammed to it! Even before I heard of her passing, every time I heard that song I always thought about her and wondered what she was up to! Rest in Peace Regene! I wish I kept in contact with you! Love you bunches! ❤❤❤
