In Loving Memory of Reginald Paul Hornback Entered into life on January 20, 1976 in Louisville, Kentucky. Entered Into Rest on October 30, 2024 at age 48 in Louisville, Kentucky. Reggie was a Carpenter, Tree Climber, and Cook. He was known as Reggie, Reg, ReReg, Dad, Son, Brother, Uncle, Grandfather, and Friend to many. Reggie enjoyed drawing, tattooing, UofL Basketball, Green Bay Packers Football, cooking, helping others, and staying busy.

Reggie is survived by his mother Gerrie Cheatham, dad Roger Cheatham, children Kodee Hornback, Charles (Michele) Hornback, Jared Hornback, stepdaughter Bailee Proctor, three brothers David (Sharon) Hornback, Keith Cheatham, Dustin Hornback, one sister Miranda (Kyle) Robertson, grandchildren Leon Hornback, Oliver Hornback, three nieces, three nephews, and many extended family members and cherished friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Paul and Beverly Hornback, maternal grandparents Reginald and Mildred Turner, and father Wayne Hornback

Memorial Service will be on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Grand Lion Events 142 Outer Loop, Louisville, KY 40214.
