Robert “Bob” Stephen Loshe

Robert “Bob” Stephen Loshe, age 75, passed away peacefully at the home of his daughter Nina Loshe in Bluffton, Indiana, on Saturday, July 18, 2026. He was surrounded with the love and care of his family and friends, as he left this world after a long battle with colon cancer.

Bob was born on November 26, 1950 to Robert and Minnie Loshe in Fort Wayne Indiana. He was a 1969 graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School and a US Army Veteran.

Bob was known for his love of nature and animals, and also for being a health and environmental enthusiast. He enjoyed camping and mountain biking with his grandchildren who were his absolute pride and joy. He traveled to 49 of the 50 states exploring the great outdoors and making friends everywhere he went.

He is survived by three daughters: Brianna Loshe, Nina Loshe, and Tria Loshe; a sister: Patricia (Richard) Seals; two brothers: Daniel Loshe, and Randall (Julie) Loshe; 9 grandchildren: Wesley, Zane, Jorden, Leila, Jaxson, Elliana, Miya, Easton, and Jensen; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Minnie Loshe, a brother-in-law, Manuel Gonzales, and his former wife Lynette Loshe.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 22 from 3 PM to 6 PM in the recreation lodge at Oubache State Park in Bluffton, Indiana.

A Private Burial will be held for immediate family at the Christian Union Cemetery in Garrett, Indiana.
