Ron Holz

Ron Holz, a resident of Louisville, Kentucky since 1998, passed away on February 22, 2026, at the age of 83.

Born on September 2, 1942, Ron was preceded in death by his parents, William Holz and Miriam Pynch Holz, and his grandson, Timothy Zumalt.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Donna Holz, and their four daughters: Ronda Forbes (Mike), Bonnie Baxley (Cloy), Brenda Kibiloski (Sean), and Debbie Lawhorn (Russ).

He also leaves behind thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

In the later years of his life, Ron especially enjoyed spending time with his family and working in his yard.

Ron leaves behind a lifetime of love and memories that will be cherished by family and friends. He will be remembered for appreciating life's simple pleasures and for his wonderful sense of humor.

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 13, 2026, at Chapel in the Woods, 1407 Moser Rd, Louisville, KY 40299.

Visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., with the service following at 2:30 p.m.
